In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

By accessing the abs88 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions in full, you must immediately cease all use of the abs88 platform and close any existing account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account with abs88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. abs88 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction in accordance with international responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesia market.
• You must be the legal owner of, or be fully authorised to use, all payment methods you register or use on your abs88 account.
• You must not be accessing abs88 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that access to and use of online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction before creating an account.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent, or contractor of abs88, or a close family member of such a person, unless explicit written consent has been granted by abs88 management.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from abs88, or have an outstanding balance owed to abs88, unless abs88 has expressly reinstated your access in writing.
• You must register only one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Each member may hold exactly one abs88 account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact method. You are obligated to update your account details promptly whenever your personal information changes.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

abs88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, driver's licence, and proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the previous three months. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by abs88 support may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. abs88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify abs88 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. abs88 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting abs88 customer support. Upon closure, any Real-Money Balance remaining in your account will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

abs88 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and account status.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. abs88 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposit confirmation is typically processed within 60 seconds for bank transfers and e-wallet transactions. Delays attributable to the banking network are outside abs88's control.
• abs88 does not charge platform fees on deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to deposit, or a verified account of the same name.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. abs88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under three minutes for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and under 30 minutes for bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri), available 24 hours a day. Withdrawals to BSI may be subject to extended processing during Islamic banking hours.
• abs88 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending fraud investigation or compliance review. You will be notified of any hold via your registered contact method.
• Winnings derived exclusively from a Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.

abs88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, together with the following general conditions.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible members only. abs88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement. The applicable multiplier and qualifying game categories are specified on the individual promotion page. Bets placed on games excluded from the wagering contribution will not count toward the requirement.
• abs88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus at any time. Unexpired bonuses that have not commenced wagering will be removed from your account with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash unless the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, abs88's determination is final and binding.

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on abs88 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category, as published within the relevant game or sportsbook interface. The following general rules apply across all product categories.

7.1 Sportsbook

Sportsbook markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, badminton, MotoGP (Mandalika), and e-sports — are subject to abs88 Sportsbook Rules published within the Sportsbook section. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for a payout; a void or cancelled selection reduces the accumulator to the remaining legs. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled in accordance with the official handicap line published at bet acceptance time.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Dragon Tiger are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface, as operated by the relevant certified studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live). In the event of a disconnection mid-round, the round will be settled based on the outcome recorded by the studio's server. abs88's records are the definitive record of all game outcomes.

7.3 Slots & RNG Games

All slot and RNG (random number generator) games available on abs88 are certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each title are disclosed within the individual game information panel. Progressive jackpot eligibility and award conditions are governed by the rules of the relevant game studio.

7.4 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on abs88 are settled against official draw results from the relevant issuing body for each market. Draw times are published in WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7). abs88 is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by the issuing body.

7.5 Void and Cancelled Events

abs88 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of software malfunction, data-feed error, human error, or where the integrity of the event is in question. Voided bets are returned to the member's Real-Money Balance at the original stake amount. No compensation is payable for voided bets beyond the return of stake.

abs88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a suite of tools to help members manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Members are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately upon receipt and may be set for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on abs88 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown technical error will be voided.
• Collusion with other members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in live poker, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim promotions, using lay-off strategies to guarantee bonus profit with minimal risk ("bonus hunting"), or coordinating with other members to abuse referral programmes.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with abs88.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the abs88 platform software, APIs, or data feeds.

All content on the abs88 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, brand names, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of abs88 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the abs88 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation — is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of abs88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abs88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the abs88 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account access resulting from technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations caused by data-feed failures, software malfunctions, or human error, where abs88 takes prompt corrective action upon discovery.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party service provider failures, or events beyond abs88's reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, abs88's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

abs88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

abs88 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies strict access controls to data at rest. abs88 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Your continued use of the abs88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which abs88 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the abs88 platform, you agree to first contact abs88 customer support to seek an informal resolution. abs88 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving written notice of the dispute via [email protected].

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
